Health Behavioral Risk Factors and Health Conditions

Health Behavioral Risk Factors and Health Conditions reports health risks and conditions for individuals in Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs). Not all risks and conditions are reported in all years. These data are based on surveys conducted by the Centers for Disease Control as part of the Selected Metropolitan/Micropolitan Area Risk Trends (SMART) project, which is the source for these data.
